Expression–événement has the right to change the web site at any moment, without prior notification and cannot be held responsible for the consequences of the changes.  Upon access to the web site you accept the terms and conditions without any reserve.

Links

Because of partnerships which have been established, Expression-événement has set up links to other sites, over which they have no control whatsoever, therefore their responsibility cannot be engaged in any manner.  It is possible that other web sites have set up links with our web site. Expression-événement cannot oppose  their  veto on this and cannot therefore be held responsible for information on these links.

Authors Rights

All the information on the site of Expression-événement, either in the form of text photographs or other,  are the unique property of Expression-événement or hold the right of use by the author. Any use, by reproduction, modification, down loading, transmission or any other method of diffusion,  has to be formally requested, in writing.  Only non commercial private copies are authorised. Any modification to photographs or text must be applied for. If you change in any manner the photographs or the adjoining text you are creating a new product, but you do not hold authors rights on the original, therefore cannot hold rights on any modifications.

Protection of information

Any personnel details are protected in France by the Law of 6 January 1978  Article  226 of Criminal Law and covered by the European Law of 24 October 1995. You can find information concerning this legislation on the site of  the ‘Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés: CNIL

Expression-événement will only use personnel information which  been given voluntarily  in the question sheet, in order to inform them of changes, if they have given their authorisation. Any personal information will not, by any means or  manner be communicated to any other organisation. In accordance to the Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 concerning  computerised information, Expression-événement will upon  your written request modify or delete any information concerning you that you have given them.
